Zach Kassube worked as a US Navy Seabee builder and crew leader after obtaining a certificate from the Navy Construction Technical Center in 2012. During this time, he deployed to Third World countries and hazardous duty areas building essential structures needed for expeditionary and humanitarian missions. Zach then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management and Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. While attending school, he worked at Menards as a receiving team member, where he continued to get hands-on experience operating forklifts, platform lifts and personnel vehicles. He has also worked as a project manager for a local construction company, where he developed and maintained project schedules.
Zach enjoys working with a team. He takes pride in his strong leadership skills and credits much of his past successes to strong communication and the ability to listen to the needs of both his clients and fellow crew members.
