    Estimator/Project Manager

    Eric attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.  His previous experience includes residential construction estimation & design and work with a commercial door and hardware distributor.  At A.C.E., Eric develops estimates and drawings for construction projects, evaluates materials and labor costs, selects and evaluates subcontractor estimates and materials, prepares final bid submittals, contract documents and presentation of project costs. In addition, he drafts preliminary and construction plans and manages construction projects.
