    With a wide variety of colors, including energy-efficient cool colors, Butler’s re-roofing options include a Low Profile Metal Over Metal System, a High Profile Metal Over Metal System, and a Slope Build-up Framing System, which are ideal for retrofit applications over a built-up, single-ply, or old through-fastened metal roof.

    The Butler Manufacturing Low Profile Metal Over Metal Retrofit System enables the installation of the MR-24® Roof System on top of an existing panel roof. This system is made up of high-quality components that are assembled on-site to create a weather-resistant standing seam roof that functions as a single steel membrane to safeguard the building and its contents. All materials used in this system are of the highest quality and are produced by Butler Manufacturing.

Building Service regarding a major issue with roof leaks, our team of experts knew the best solution was to install the MR-24® Metal-Over-Metal System over the building's existing standing seam metal roof, which covers an area of 24,000 square feet.
