SAFETY FIRST

Providing a safe work environment is key to our success. That’s why we promote continuous education and training for our employees, from building code updates to ongoing safety Associated Builders and Contractors STEPtraining. Additionally, an apprenticeship program held in conjunction with our statewide construction trade organization, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin, formally trains A.C.E. workers enabling us to offer the highest quality craftsmanship. A.C.E. participates in ABC’s STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) program, a safety benchmarking and improvement tool that dramatically improves safety performance among construction workers.

A.C.E. Building Service continues to achieve the STEP Award in recognition of the company’s achievement and its ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program.
