    Matthew Gabrielse, Business Development

    Matthew Gabrielse brings more than 25 years of experience in utility construction, telecommunications, and business leadership to A.C.E. Building Service. He began his career in the field after graduating from Trinity International University in 2000 before advancing into technical services, project management, and executive leadership roles.

    Throughout his career, Matthew has managed large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects across a 10-state region and held executive leadership positions overseeing company operations, strategic growth, and organizational performance. Prior to joining A.C.E., he served as president of a leading utility construction company, where he was responsible for the organization's overall vision, leadership, and continued growth.

    An active leader within the industry, Matthew has served on several professional association boards, including as Chairman of the Power & Communications Contractors Association from 2024 to 2025.
