Ted brings over two decades of safety and health management experience to A.C.E. Building Service. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations of all sizes, from local contractors to Fortune 100 companies, to strengthen safety programs, reduce risk, and cultivate safer workplaces.
Before joining A.C.E., Ted served as a corporate safety director for a large national contractor, where he led a team of safety professionals supporting more than 1,500 employees across multiple states. His leadership contributed to national recognition for excellence in construction safety. He has also held key safety leadership roles in both industry associations and private-sector organizations, where he developed and implemented comprehensive safety management systems that significantly reduced workplace injuries.
Ted is an OSHA Authorized Instructor and certified safety professional with extensive credentials in confined space rescue, hazardous materials, and fall protection training. At A.C.E. Building Service, he oversees all aspects of the company’s safety program, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.
