Paul Bevens
Staff Accountant
Before joining the A.C.E. Building Service team, Paul was a chess coach, a business owner, and a semiprofessional chess player. Now that’s a resumé that sticks out!
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul went from an employee to a certified lead risk assessor, to becoming a successful business owner.
Paul is the 2016 Green Bay Open Chess Champion with two of his games having been published in national publications. He is currently rated in the top 1% of all chess players and his notable victories include beating FIDE Master Ruslan Ahundov, one national master, and 12 experts.
Currently, Paul is still pursuing his degree in accounting from Lakeshore Technical College. He started in the role of staff accountant, here at A.C.E., in the fall of 2019. He currently manages the payroll department, accounts receivable, and assists the CFO with additional duties.
We can’t wait to see the strategic moves that Paul helps A.C.E. Building Service make!
A.C.E. Building Service offers design/build commercial and industrial construction services throughout Northeast Wisconsin and is the exclusive Butler Builder for the lakeshore from Sheboygan to Door County.
