    Max Maigatter
    Vice President of Field Operations

    Max began his career with A.C.E. Building Service in 1999. He completed the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carpenters Apprenticeship Training Program and was promoted to Field Superintendent in 2007. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, and managing all project activities including preliminary planning, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout, and owner occupancy.

    Now serving as Vice President of Field Operations, Max plays an integral role on A.C.E.’s management team. He oversees all field operations and project execution, contributing his decades of hands-on experience and operational knowledge to help drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and ensure project excellence from planning through completion.
