Project Development & Marketing Chris is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Platteville where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. A LEED accredited professional (AP), he began his career as an estimator for a local construction company and worked in field operations for a road construction company prior to joining A.C.E. in 2005 as an estimator/project manager.
Chris works with owners to develop construction projects from the idea to design phase to construction. Much of his work is in pre-construction services where he assists owners in land selection, performs feasibility studies and works with government officials to obtain permits and approvals. He helps align owner’s goals with finished building projects and serves as the owner’s representative to A.C.E. construction personnel.
Manitowoc Marina has selected A.C.E. Building Service to complete dock upgrades. The project will include resurfacing three docks with durable, low maintenance composite materials. The project will be completed by April 2018.
Tramontina USA has selected A.C.E. Building Service as general contractor for an 8,600-square-foot office and employee cafeteria expansion. The construction also includes quality control and product labs, a showroom and a parking lot expansion. Construction will begin next week and is expected to be completed in August 2017.
Stecker Machine Company, Inc. has announced an expansion project to accommodate its continued growth. Stecker and A.C.E. Building Service, the project’s design/build contractor, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 6,270-square-foot addition, which will house the manufacturer’s sales and engineering staff. The new facility, a Butler® pre-engineered metal building, will be completed by spring.
A.C.E. Building Service has completed an expansion project for KNM, LLC in Manitowoc. The new 6,000-square-foot Butler® pre-engineered metal building adds to their existing 6,000-square-foot facility and creates greater capacity to support KNM’s customer needs. The expansion will also provide needed work space for current employees and allow room for additional growth.
