A.C.E. Building Service won the bid for this 20,000-square-foot boat storage facility that boasts a 30-foot building eave height and 40-foot wide bi-parting hangar doors. The Butler® pre-engineered steel metal building, features windows in alternating bays on both sides of the building to harvest daylight. The building’s frames were designed to accommodate the addition of a future bridge crane. Poor soils made construction on this site a challenge. Despite the challenges, the structure was completed in just five months from groundbreaking to occupancy.
