Scope: 6,000 sq. ft., New Construction
Project Delivery: Design/Build
Location: Two Rivers, Wisconsin
A.C.E. Building Service partnered with Rush Logistics, LLC to design and construct a new 6,000-square-foot headquarters and cross-dock facility in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Designed to support the company's current operations while accommodating future growth, the new facility combines office space, driver accommodations, and warehouse functionality under one roof.
Using a Butler® pre-engineered building system, A.C.E. worked with Rush Logistics to create a functional, efficient space tailored to the company's day-to-day needs. The facility incorporates dedicated areas for administrative operations, drivers, and freight handling, with a layout designed to support the movement of goods throughout the building.
Key features of the new facility include:
Room for Future Expansion: The building was designed with future growth in mind, allowing the facility to more than double in size as operational demands increase.
Office and Administrative Space: Private offices and general workspaces provide dedicated areas for managing daily business operations.
Dedicated Driver Room: A designated space for drivers that supports the logistics team's needs.
Warehouse and Cross-Dock Area: Three loading docks provide access for freight handling and cross-docking operations.
Drive-Through Loading Area: A drive-through loading and unloading area enhances the facility's freight-handling flexibility.
A.C.E. provided design/build services for the project with complete design, engineering, approvals, construction, and project management. Construction began in May 2025 and was completed in October 2025.
The completed facility gives Rush Logistics a centralized headquarters designed around its current operational needs, with the flexibility and space to support continued growth in the years ahead.
