    award winnerThis 48,000-square-foot industrial facility construction project was constructed on a very tight work site with soft subsoils, which required pile driving for the foundation during the winter months. The A.C.E. Building Service crew worked around multiple overhead bridge cranes to construct the Butler® pre-engineered metal building that has a 70-foot building eave height. Fast-track design and construction allowed Burger Boat Company to save thousands of dollars with an early structural steel purchase that beat escalating steel prices. This project was recognized as a Project of Distinction Award Winner by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin.
