Higher Education Renovation

A.C.E. Building Service crews set out to renovate an area of a higher education college to create a new student and visitor welcome center, a coffee bar, a lounge, and a conference room. An unexpected project challenge emerged when a large mechanical chase was discovered in an area slated to be open space. Original plan documents did not show where mechanical elements were, so the final design needed to be changed on the fly.
