Renovation of a higher education exterior patio area included walkable paver roof surface, removal and replacement of original aluminum storefront windows, installation of new aluminum storefront entrances to create access between the welcome center and the patio, low maintenance aluminum and IPE wood railings and benches, and LED exterior lighting.
