Country Visions Convenience Store

This 2,900-square-foot convenience store expansion and renovation created a larger seating area for the Subway^® restaurant and saw new office space and newly-constructed toilet room facilities. The former convenience store retail area was completely renovated and added a walk-in beer cave, new self-service beverage counter and island, new point-of-sale island, and a new entrance canopy. The store was renovated in three phases to keep the store open the entire time that renovations were taking place.  Additionally, the existing asphalt pavement was removed, the area was re-graded and a storm sewer was added to improve site drainage. The entire parking lot was then paved with new asphalt pavement.
