JOB SUMMARY:

The Concrete Tradesperson performs a variety of tasks for all types of commercial and industrial construction sites specializing in concrete foundations and flatwork.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Concrete sawing and demolition
• Set concrete forms, grade and prep for pours
• Pour and finish interior and exterior concrete flatwork
• Operate concrete finishing equipment
• Operate equipment such as skidsteers, finishers, and other construction equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or Field Superintendent

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skilled finisher with 3+ years of experience
• Physically capable including strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Detail oriented and efficient
• Willingness to perform other tasks beyond concrete
• Skilled in reading blueprints and construction details

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masonry experience
• Foundation underpinning
• Tuckpointing
• Specialty foundation construction
