A.C.E. Building Service crews set out to renovate an area of Holy Family College to create a new student and visitor welcome center, a coffee bar, a lounge, and a conference room. An unexpected project challenge emerged when a large mechanical chase was discovered in an area slated to be open space. Original plan documents did not show where mechanical elements were, so the final design needed to be changed on the fly.
New retail facility featuring low-voltage track lighting to highlight merchandise.
Hallways feature natural lighting with recessed lighting fixtures.
Masonry used in the construction of the new students cafe.
Entry lobby of the renovated student and welcome center. Challenges arose when vital mechanical connections not noted on the original building plans were discovered.
