After original design and construction costs for this 16,000-square-foot addition came in significantly over their budget, the client contacted A.C.E. Building Service to see if we could help. The A.C.E. design-build team was able to value engineer the foundation and building design to deliver a structure within the client’s budget. Project challenges included building directly on the property line and construction during frigid winter conditions. This project was recognized as a Project of Distinction Award Winner by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin.
