Maribel Volunteer Fire Department

This project entailed a 3,000-square-foot renovation and 6,000-square-foot addition to an existing building that was originally constructed by A.C.E. Building Service in 1976.  Renovation included a new warming kitchen, bathroom and shower facilities, offices, and a new training space. The addition created space needed for fire apparatus and featured in-floor radiant heat and daylighting for occupant comfort.  Both the original building and the addition are Butler^® pre-engineered metal buildings.
