    College Exterior Patio Renovation 

    The renovation of a college’s exterior patio included several key upgrades: a walkable paver roof surface, the removal and replacement of original aluminum storefront windows, new aluminum storefront entrances for access between the welcome center and patio, low-maintenance aluminum and IPE wood railings and benches, and LED exterior lighting.
