A.C.E. Building Service performed two sequential and identical 1,300-square-foot expansions to house spiral cooling equipment for specialty bread lines added to the Natural Ovens Bakery facility in Manitowoc. Bread loaves exit the ovens and are transferred to a spiral cooling line within each facility to cool until they are transferred to the packaging area. Both expansions were designed and constructed using Butler® pre-engineered metal buildings.
