The construction phase of the project kicked off July 26th and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.

A.C.E. Building Service, a Northeast Wisconsin-based provider of commercial and industrial construction services, announced that it has officially broken ground on a building expansion project for Kaysun Corporation in Manitowoc. Established in 1947, Kaysun offers custom injection molding and engineering solutions to OEMs for the design, manufacture and assembly of complex, tight-tolerance plastic parts.

The expansion project includes a 55,000 square-foot Butler pre-engineered facility expansion that will incorporate overhead bridge cranes, additional loading docks, and common space buildouts. Additionally, a portion of the existing building will receive a 24,000 square-foot Butler MR-24 slope build-up re-roof to accommodate future growth for Kaysun Corporation.

“We are excited to help an established local company expand their business here in Manitowoc,” said Chris Herzog, president of A.C.E. Building Service. “We’ve worked extensively with Kaysun Corporation on the design project planning to ensure the facility will be able to accommodate growth well into the future. It’s exciting to begin the construction phase and we look forward to officially unveiling the updated building early next year.”
