The solution? Create a space where everyone was under one roof. This project included a 2,134 sq. ft. addition and renovation of 1,800 sq. ft. of the existing building including updates to both the interior and exterior of the structure. A.C.E. worked with Preferred Dental Services, LLC - Two Rivers Family Dental’s dental equipment provider - to collaboratively develop a concept plan that efficiently placed new and repurposed equipment in both the new and existing spaces. A.C.E. was able to construct the expansion while the existing building was occupied - working closely with Two Rivers Family Dental to ensure the dental service was uninterrupted and safe during construction. In order to avoid higher construction costs associated with fire wall construction, we recommended that Two Rivers Family Dental should approach an adjacent landowner to acquire a portion of their property. This allowed total design flexibility for the expansion and eliminated the need for the fire wall. The exterior of the existing building was given a new color scheme to blend with the expansion and provide a contemporary look. > "I want to take the time to thank A.C.E.
