The Crossing of Manitowoc County

We renovated approximately 7,400 square feet of former medical clinic space into the new office for The Crossing of Manitowoc County, as well as move-in-ready tenant space.

The interior finishes in the existing building were dated. Wallcoverings were removed, the existing walls were skim-coated and resurfaced, and contemporary colors were selected that created a lighter, more inviting space.

Portions of the office needed to be locked and secure, however the client also wanted the space to feel open. We incorporated elements like borrowed lites into new offices and doors that create sight lines and a feeling of openness. A former MRI suite was converted to a donation intake area. The existing footprint was utilized as much as possible to keep renovation costs in check, yet still created spaces that are operationally functional and adequate in size.
