The expansion and renovation of this clinic created additional patient rooms, expanded parking areas, handicap accessible upgrades, mechanical systems enhancements, and the addition of an MRI suite. Although this was a hard bid project using conventional construction methods, A.C.E. was able to present an alternate foundation design that ultimately saved the client tens of thousands of dollars over the bid package design.
