    Joe Holzinger
    Business Development Manager

    Joe is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.  He began his career as a project engineer and manager working throughout the country in the heavy-civil construction industry building large-scale bridges and roadways. He also served as Project Manager for a general contracting firm, where he was directly responsible for the management of commercial and industrial construction projects.

    Joe partners with owners to develop construction projects from conception to delivery.  Much of his work is in pre-construction services where he assists owners in site selection, feasibility studies, and permits and approvals. He also assists in planning and directing construction activities throughout all phases to ensure projects are meeting schedule and are delivered within budget and funding parameters.
