Ironwood Plastics Inc.

Renovation of this 27,000-square-foot plant—a facility acquired by Ironwood Plastics that is located adjacent to their existing facility—included retrofitting the existing steel building to be framed to accommodate overhead bridge cranes, toilet room facilities, an employee break room, as well as an injection molding raw materials handling system. The entire facility was fitted with climate-control equipment.  A.C.E. Building Service led the research and submission for Focus on Energy financial incentives that ultimately helped the client lower operational costs, manage energy costs and protect the environment.
