Construction Foreman

We are seeking a strong leader to oversee entire construction projects from start to finish. Must be able to demonstrate experience in carpentry, masonry, and structural steel. Successful completion of an accredited construction training program is preferred. Prior construction foreman experience is required.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Construction Foreman is a hands-on, working foreman and performs a variety of tasks for all types
of commercial and industrial construction sites.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for completion of projects and field personnel productivity
• Strong leadership skills to oversee the entire project, ensure their crew is working safely and efficiently
• Responsible for communicating project progress to field superintendent
• Operate equipment such as aerial lifts, forklifts, and skidsteers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skilled journeyman carpenter, mason, or completion of apprenticeship
• Physically capable including strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Lead and mentor by example
• Communicate effectively, both oral and written
• Basic smartphone skills
• Detail oriented and efficient in their work
• Skilled in reading blueprints and designs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pre-engineered metal buildings experience
