Brunner Fabrication was running out of space to stage raw materials. With a Wisconsin winter just around the corner, they contacted A.C.E. to construct a 1,000 square foot Butler pre-engineered building expansion to the front of the building. This expansion allowed for additional space to protect products from the elements.

A.C.E. worked in conjunction with Brunner Fabrication to schedule the project’s most crucial piece - the concrete foundation and flatwork - between material shipments. To prevent disruption while the concrete is in its curing phase, A.C.E. used a forklift to move materials and finished goods to and from the existing building.

Less than 12 months later, The Brunner Fabrication reached out to A.C.E. again for a facility expansion. The business was booming, and they needed a larger production area to continue their growth. A second Butler pre-engineered steel building was the solution! The 4,700 square foot facility expansion more than doubled their footprint and was finished in time for them to take delivery of a new state-of-the-art piece of equipment.

Construction time was cut by 30% by using Butler pre-engineered metal buildings and Brunner Fabrication is now able to run their business faster and more efficiently.
