A.C.E. Building Service has completed two area expansion projects. The first was for Bell Tape in Sheboygan Falls. As a distributor of tape, packaging, janitorial and safety supplies throughout eastern Wisconsin, Bell Tape had identified the need for an addition to keep up with client demand for their products. A.C.E. had served as design/build contractor for the company’s 2004 facility, so they again chose the commercial construction company for their 2,400 square foot expansion that would increase the company’s on-site inventory.
A.C.E. also completed a warehouse expansion project for Grape, Grain and Bean in Manitowoc. Located at 1226 South 35th Street, the brewing supply store had outgrown their former location and needed more space to better serve customer needs. They purchased an existing building in Manitowoc, but needed to expand the warehouse area to better meet their storage and order processing needs. After considering several different contractors and building systems, they selected A.C.E. Building Service and a Butler Manufacturing metal building system. The 2,352 square foot expansion created more than 5,600 total square feet for Grape, Grain and Bean; more than four times the size or their old location. Grape, Grain and Bean offers products to brew beer, wine and soda at home. They also sell whole bean coffee and bulk loose teas.
Incorporated in 1963, A.C.E. Building Service is based out of Manitowoc, WI, and provides commercial and industrial construction services – including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof, facilities maintenance, design/build, and build/lease – to Northeast Wisconsin.
