Bank First

This project included full demolition and renovation of the lower level of Bank First’s headquarters in Manitowoc, WI. Project elements of the renovated area included open-concept workspaces, meeting areas, private offices, restroom facilities, and a new employee break room. New mechanical systems, lighting, and state of the art technology were incorporated into the design of the space. Warm, contemporary finishes compliment the open concept design and offer a tranquil work environment.

Glass walls were incorporated into the design of private offices and conference areas. They create a sense of openness and offer unobstructed views to natural light through much of the space - a rarity when it comes to a below-grade workspace.

The project was accomplished in two phases to accommodate workspace constraints within the headquarters, which allowed all employees to remain at the facility during construction.
