A.C.E. was awarded a ground-up construction project in a bustling corridor in the Fox Valley. The project was to build a new 5,800 square foot facility for Bank First in the Town of Grand Chute. Bank First has trusted A.C.E. with many projects in the past and we're always happy to keep their buildings and the relationship strong.

The building's construction consisted of structural steel and masonry with flat roof systems, aluminum storefront, and masonry veneer. In addition to locally sourced cut limestone, the project incorporated a composite panel system with a wood appearance that offers superior durability.

The project featured high-end finishes both inside and outside of the building, including:

  • Cut limestone veneer
  • An interior wood panel system
  • Custom maple casework with natural stone tops
  • Interior limestone accents
  • Contemporary finishes

The project was completed on a formerly blighted property. The new building increased tax revenue for the town of Grand Chute and even positively impacted the surrounding properties.

“Bank First has utilized the knowledge and expertise of A.C.E. Building Service for numerous projects over the past several years. Whether it be a large office remodel or a new branch building, A.C.E. is top-notch from project inception to project completion.”
