Energy Company Bonus Programs: Some power companies provide bonuses on top of Focus on Energy programs… as high as $25,000 additional incentives.

Federal Investment Tax Credits: A tax credit that can be 30% of your investment in renewable energy.

Federal Energy Policy Act of 2005: Allows income deduction up to $1.80/square foot for a new building or renovation of a building where improvements reduce energy by more than 50% of the base.
