Responsibilities
Develops estimates and drawings for budgetary and construction level projects.

Evaluates material and labor costs; selects, and evaluates subcontractor estimates and materials; prepares final tabulations, bid submittals, contract documents and presentation of project costs to owners.

Draws preliminary building plans and coordinates assembly of final construction drawings.

Todd also is a creative designer and has provided preliminary design for several of A.C.E.'s largest projects.

BS - Construction Management
