Estimator/Project Manager

Responsibilities
Develops estimates and drawings for budgetary and construction level projects.  Evaulates material and labor costs; selects, and evaluates subcontractor estimates and materials; prepares final tabulations, bid submittals, contract documents and presentation of project costs to owners.

Draws preliminary building plans and coordinates assembly of final construction drawings.

Mike is our chief estimator.  He is our technical construction expert and reviews all estimates and projects for technical accuracy.  He also maintains our estimating and budgeting system.

BS - Construction Administration

Experience
Mike has 21 years of construction design and estimating experience.
