Estimator/Project Manager

Responsibilities
Develops estimates and drawings for budgetary and construction level projects.  Evaulates material and labor costs; selects, and evaluates subcontractor estimates and materials; prepares final tabulations, bid submittals, contract documents and presentation of project costs to owners.

Draws preliminary building plans and coordinates assembly of final construction drawings.

Chris is a skilled draftsman and manages drafting skills for the company.  Chris is a LEED AP and is heavily involved in our green construction efforts.

BS - Construction Management

LEED AP

Experience
Chris began his career as an estimator for a different local construction company and worked in field operations for a road construction company for 3 years.  He has 5 years of experience with A.C.E.
