With a workforce of approximately 40 tradesmen and support staff, we can handle many simultaneous projects. Rough and finish carpentry, steel erection and concrete are the major categories of work self-performed by A.C.E. craftsmen.
Our office staff consists of draftsmen, estimators and building consultants trained in every aspect of building program development. Every potential project is given the necessary attention to ensure customer satisfaction and code compliance.
Providing a safe work environment as well as a quality product are key to our success. A.C.E. promotes continuous education and training of employees. Our estimators attend building code updates so they can make the code work for clients instead of against them.
Among our field personnel are accomplished welders, carpenters, cement finishers, steel erectors, sheet metal fabricators, metal roof erectors and other tradesmen. The ability to move employees laterally ensures that projects are finished on schedule and on budget.
Additionally, an apprenticeship program held in conjunction with our state trade organization, Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin, formally trains A.C.E. workers, plus ongoing safety training is attended by all. A.C.E. has been erecting all their pre-engineered metal buildings with their own trained erectors since 1950.
